UK Defence Secretary, Gavin Williamson’s twitter post on his recent visit to Somaliland, shows a fellow among friends. Mr. Williamson who had a chance to meet Somaliland’s President Muse Bihi Abdi, Defense Minister, Army Commander and other officials, even had time to sample the cuisine at the Officer’s Mess in Hargeisa!
